I always have some kind of issue when go to get my car service..I dread going here even for an oil change.. This time wasnt bad. I did need a cabin filter. I asked how much they told me $41.99.. I understand you are in the business of making money, but dam the filter was only 8.99.... You are changing 4 times as much. I put my own cabin filter after I purchase it for $8.99...I was also was told I had an oil leak. This had to be the oil leak that was suppose to be fixed but the job was half a$$ done..

I was appalled at the way We were treated by Body shop employees. They treated My Son terribly. We will never use Brondes Ford for anything in the Future. I am still waiting on Paul the Manager to call Me back after I called Him to complain. We have purchased approximate 12 brand new vehicles from this location. We have always had Ford vehicles company and personal in Our Family. We will continue to buy Ford but never ever from this dealership.

I was shocked by how friendly and professional the folks that I dealt with there were. From salesman Dan Kurek to office manager Lynn Stone, my buying experience could not have been more pleasant. I drove over 200 miles to find the F350 that was exactly the way it was advertised and they helped make my long distance over the phone purchase so fantastic.
