Helped my mom get a new Focus in May and was a great experience with Tony. Then yesterday my wife and I picked up our new Fusion. Another awesome experience with Tony. No pressure. Explained all options. Test drove 3 different vehicles before choosing what my wife wanted. Because of our previous lease with another finance company and manufacturer we had to wait for them so we could complete old lease. Took my truck in for a simple oil change. They didnt put proper amount of oil in it. Tires were under inflated. Service advisor tried using scare tactics to get me to purchase a battery. AVOID at all cost. Dont deal with Luis Lopez
In this week for oil change and tire rotation. They were efficient and friendly and while I was waiting, I picked out my new car! Thanks to Ray Deeb for locating the perfect Explorer for me as my lease expires soon! Can't wait to get my new ride - just love the Explorer

I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2017 Fusion SE I got on 7/2816. This is my third Ford car.....and I purchased it through Doug Mahood the last two cars I have bought. He was very good about explaining things to me and I really like how the car manages and the ride and especially the low trunk, makes it so much easier to get things in and out. Very happy with my purchase.
Brondes Ford SUCKS! I needed some extensive work done on my truck...needed professional help. After spending just under $10,000, and it went back four times, it still runs like shit! Now I have no vehicle and no money left to get a new truck. $9600 thrown out the F'n window. Really SUCKS when you need professional help and they just screw you around. Having apprentices work on my truck. I will never do any business with them, and now a lot of people I know will never go there for anything. Brondes Ford SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
