I'd like to make you aware that I will not be singing your praises due to the experience that my mother is currently going through with your business. She is not in a situation where she can afford to be screwed over and I'd like to know how Brondes plans on taking care of her for the duration of her dealings with you. Since her van is still not fixed she now owes $300+ for the rental car not being returned on time on top of what you are charging up the @ss to "fix" her van.
