I was just discharged today from being admitted to the hospital I got very nice care and all the staff where very nice thanks for helping me out
I brought dad in er Monday the Dr went beyond any Dr's we've been to trying to pinpoint. We got admitted and neurology and house Dr's and nurses have treated dad as he was there dad. Totally happy could use little bigger cafeteria with regular soda I can't have aspartame.
I'm on PCU unit and everyone has been so nice my Dr. Pre admitted me so I didn't have to really do much for come here and get a ride up to my room. But I've been here before in the ER and I do have to say that you're Anderson are not very nice at times but the hospital floors everybody's wonderful

Had a visit to the ER tonight. Staff is absolutely outstanding, & very comforting. They really went out of their way in a scary situation for me.
Normally I'm really happy at BroMenn or St.Joe, but today was ridicules! While waiting 45 minutes for blood work (with one person in front of us) we were told WE needed to provide a phone for an OSF doc because they are 'competition.' SO DISAPPOINTED someone couldn't take 10 seconds to google a doctors name and phone number. The lab received a fax from the office this morning for the tests, you would think a return fax number is provided. What has happened to the outpatient lab at BroMenn? Recently I had a knee replacement. Everyone was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for better care. The staff in Same Day Services were very attentive. It continued through surgical and once I was taken to my room on the surgical floor. Nurses, techs, doctors, case worker, social worker, unit secretary, therapists, housekeeping....you name it. The food was much better than I remember hospital food from years ago.The level of care was above and beyond my expectations! Very positive experience. Thank you.
My family and I are new to the area. Came here to deliver my baby. When I mean everyone went above and beyond to help us. Great team of nurses. My doctor's were awesome and funny. Lady that clean my room had the best conversations when she came in .Thank you guys for a comfortable stay.
My husband had surgery at the same day clinic everyone in the clinic were amazing. The only complaint we have is the lab was so slow .He had to wait 45 minutes .
