This is the most backward, unprogressive, unprofessional institution I have ever known. The management is out of touch with staff, and the staff creates and thrives on damaging drama. The medical and technological care paths are ineffective and useless except to anyone NOT directly involved with patient care. There is NO intrastate communication, and the "tools" used to promote service and communication are comers omega and ineffective.
I went to Dr galvan for a yearly check up and one of his nurses came out of the room mimicking everything I said I have Been having problems with my stomach and this lady walks out if the room and says my stomach hurts all the time i would watch what you say when you are there you might get made fun of. I like Dr galvan tho.
your er dept was very unprofessional when I was brought in by ambulance after falling from a ladder and having a cut in my leg that required stitches . Yes, i did fill out the survey that was sent to me and returned it with details.
We had very good luck here. Fast and excellent care.

All three of my Daughters were born in the 70’s and 80’s at Brokaw. I have had multiple surgeries and procedures at BroMenn in the last twenty years...MULTIPLES! I have always adored my Nurses and Techs. Unfortunately, I have noticed a change of attitudes and solemn faces in many. I totally realize that most hospitals are understaffed and maybe underpaid.
