I’m so grateful of the staff on the Fifth floor. Everyone one was so nice and always wanting to know if you needed anything. A SHOUT OUT TO YOU ALL THAT MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WHEN I WAS SO WORN OUT AND WEAK.
I was there today, and from the nurse who called the day before, to the receptionists, to all of the other medical professionals who provided care to me, everyone was compassionate, understanding and exceptional in their roles. Nurses Bernadine, Gladys and Yvonne were amazing! The chaplain, techs, and volunteers were so kind too. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.
My wife has been in since Tuesday, December 27th, 2016. From the ER staff, the CVCU staff to Dr. Santiago and the OR, to the 6th floor....all the Doctor's, Nurses and Techs were so very awesome! Did we have to wait at times for requests? Sure, but it was not an unreasonable amount of time. The hospital was full which is why she was in the CVCU at first. I think that when you have employees that have spent years working there they should be recognized for their time spent dedicated to you, even just a simple verbal thank you for your service, a thank you card, ANYTHING! It's sad that employees have to feel unappreciated and unrecognized! �
As a first time mom the labor and delivery unit was everything I could ask for. They made the whole process easy (well as easy as can be) they explained every procedure/protocol. Very attentive with mine and baby's needs. They showed great teamwork and I couldn't be more satisfied with my overall visit!! Thank you so much to the awesome team of nurses and doctors!!
Staff did an excellent job! Very friendly and professional !
