Last year our son was born in the tub at BroMenn and the experience was fantastic. Getting in that water made all the difference as far as my comfort level and I can't imagine opting for any other way. Now I find out that they've completely taken away that option, due to an opinion piece based on no evidence whatsoever. What a terrible disservice to women. And one that is guaranteed to increase home birth rates.
The lady in admitting was rude accused me of not telling her my insurance which she asked if I had any said yes told her Medicare and Medicaid she says I'm not old enough for Medicare then asks me some personal questions about HIV??? I don't have that disease I said and if I did I wouldn't give you those answers. I've had a lot of problems with this hospital I get a staff infection and MERSA every time I stay.
I’m am so frustrated I was at your er from 1215 till 130 2 am your staff was making fun of me never gave me my call light had to get it myself. I will never come back to the er unless I’m dying it took 25 mins to get something for pain. One of the nurse told me to lose weight and I’m going to have pain and deal with it. That not what a nurse should say told me almost to never come back
Went in to have surgery everyone that I came into contact was very polite and kept me calm when I was nervous... All the nurse's on the 6th floor we're so awesome and amazing... Thank you to all the staff that took care of me...
I am extremely happy and proud to be calling this facility my new place of employment! I have lived in this area my entire life and BroMenn has an amazing reputation. While it is impossible to please everyone, I am confident that Advocate BroMenn has the best interest of its patients and their families as a top priority. I am looking forward to being able to making a positive impact in the lives of the people who I serve here.
