The nursing staff treated our son with compassion and respect. Nurses Gentry and Debbie were so very kind and tech Matt at his call responses quickly. Any questions we had were thoroughly answered. Dr Knoll was there twice during our fortunately short visit and very thorough and involved us in decisions for our son's care! Great staff and confidence in their care!! His morning nurse saw him briefly but was thorough in examining him from head to toe!! Very impressed!! Thank you Advocate for providing awesome nursing staff!!
I think that when you have employees that have spent years working there they should be recognized for their time spent dedicated to you, even just a simple verbal thank you for your service, a thank you card, ANYTHING! It's sad that employees have to feel unappreciated and unrecognized! �
