Normally I'm really happy at BroMenn or St.Joe, but today was ridicules! While waiting 45 minutes for blood work (with one person in front of us) we were told WE needed to provide a phone for an OSF doc because they are 'competition.' SO DISAPPOINTED someone couldn't take 10 seconds to google a doctors name and phone number. The lab received a fax from the office this morning for the tests, you would think a return fax number is provided. What has happened to the outpatient lab at BroMenn? Used to be so quick with no issues ... read more
Went in to have surgery everyone that I came into contact was very polite and kept me calm when I was nervous... All the nurse's on the 6th floor we're so awesome and amazing... Thank you to all the staff that took care of me...
