I have been a client/patron for over 11 years and they have always been the most sincere caring place. In all the years I’ve only had one bad experience and it was with a new doctor at the time who I have I only see that one time, and to be honest it wasn’t necessarily a bad experience it was more of he and I and my pup didn’t mesh well. The staff is some of the best I’ve seen, and I work in medical. The quality rivals many human offices. I highly recommend Dr. Black and the staff at BAH.

My husband brought our dog in and was very impressed with all the staff he encountered. Our dog was even relaxed and very comfortable which is unusual for her.
3 of our 4 fuzz butts are happy for the care they get. My wife and I are ecstatic about the level of care we receive. Balto is just a jerk. But they still take care of him too. 😁

Broadway Animal Hospital did an amazing job with our Lucy. She had a dental procedure done that I was extremely worried about and they assured me to no end she was going to be fine and feeling better then ever soon enough. We brought her home after the procedure and Lucy had big smiles and was her regular self. Thanks so much for your good care!❤️

I did business w/ them for years. I'm on SS and I ran to them with my kitty for help when she had a kitten stuck when trying to birth it. I didn't have any cash to cover treatment for another 4 days when I got my check. They said the only way they would treat her would be if I relinquished her To them. I did and was told to go get the other 3 kittens and bring them to them. I did. The next day I was so upset by the bad treatment I received that I went back to get them.
