They care about your pet! I love the Broadway Animal Hospital! They saved my dog when she and three of her litter mates were abandoned in the woods when they were just a few days old. The staff at the hospital seem to really love animals and always treat them with kindness and respect. Their prices are fair and its nice to be able to support a business that does so much good for the local animal community!
Kind Caring Staff I love taking our animals to the vet. Dr. Shepard talks to the animals pretty constantly & doesn't do procedures until they are calm and relaxed. Prices are reasonable and low enough that I don't fear getting our pets the care they need. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else & was quite disappointed when they stopped doing grooming.
DONT GO HERE The place is a dump. When I took my kitten there he came back with a limp and hurt paw and no one had the curtiosy to tell me what happened! Then he got a fecal done and they said they would call me with the results. 3 DAYS LATER I had to call them! They said he tested negative for worms and I said "really? Well thats funny because I see worms in his stool RIGHT NOW". I rescued him from a shelter (everett...which is HORRIBLE) and I was forced to get his stuff here. Sure they say they charge less.... I won't be going back. My dog started having blood in the urine last Thursday and I was referred to Broadway Animal Hospital by the spay and neuter clinic up the road. They made an appointment for the next day. I was skeptical upon entering the run down place, but the staff at the desk was friendly and handled my dog very well. Dr. Shepard was also very good with him upon examination. I just want to say thank you to all the staff here! We had a scary morning where one of our dogs was sick and we were scared! Every where we called were booked out and couldn't help us... but when we called here, they went above and beyond to help us! Even with all this Covid, they provided nothing but compassionate care! So grateful for them!
I had .my puppy Sierra spayed and the team was kind, courteous and extremely professional. with Covid, they followed protocol and both her and I were safe and well caredfor.

They treat our pets like their own, and help us feel at home when we're there.
