This place is great. Unfortunately the first time I stepped inside the building was the day we had to say goodbye to our family cat. They were extremely professional, calm, gentle, and considerate. It was extremely painful for my wife and I to have to euthanize our pet but I couldn't have asked for anything more from these people. The staff here is so warm and friendly kind caring and loving... all the good words you would want to read about when looking up a place to take your pets.. your fur babies, to be taken care of... especially when faced with having to make hard decisions... quality of life vs the other alternative. They're compassionate and took the time to explain everything. My family have been going to Broadway animal clinic for 15 yrs they have done nothing but the best for our loved ones I couldn't even think about going somewhere else and kobie loves going there he smiles the whole time.. Thank you to all you do for kobie your the best.
This office is great! I was very impressed and grateful to establish care for my puppy here. The vet was a very sweet and knowledgeable woman who took the time to share tips and guidance on how to train my puppy around my toddler. She was a great resource and the staff was all very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this office as the best in Everett. My daughter brings her cat here referred me, as she was also very pleased with her experience here. Hands down this is a great office all around.
We had our first visit today and everyone was wonderful. Isaiah, Morgan, and Dr Brandt were very welcoming. They made sure our dog was comfortable and didn’t push him to do anything he may have been nervous about. We had a great experience! Thank you!
