I will no longer take my animals to Broadway Animal Hospital on Broadway! They took forever to get X-ray and blood test results back of my beloved chihuahua Geneva. She went in on May 27 @8 am. They never called me back; I had to call several times on May 31st and when I explained her symptoms, I was told to pick up more medication for her . I can't say enough good things about Dr. Smalley and his amazing staff! My dog ate something he shouldn't and he needed surgery immediately. Our regular vet wouldn't do it and after a long and emotional day, we ended up calling Dr. Smalley and he was able to get him in that day. The damage was much worse than expected and its only because of their amazing care that Indy is still with us. They were honest about the possible outcome, compassionate, kept me updated throughout and even called me on a Sunday to check up on him. I... read more
Follow up is great. Compassionate care. Been taking all my small animals here for years.
My baby girl had yes I said had cancer. On her leg and side they took it out and I am not very easy allowing anyone with her. But this place is great. The vet is fabulous.
