The staff and doctors here were awesome. I was in a lot of pain and the staff was very helpful in getting me some relief. I was nervous about the procedure I needed but the doctor was very kind and gentle. And the technician that worked on me was also very nice and thoughtful about my comfort. I'm very pleased with my overall experience.
I truly enjoyed how quickly I was able to be seen. I didn't have to wait very long for my hygienist to come and get me. She was very friendly and did a really wonderful job. She talked a good bit which required my response on some occasions but I didn't mind. The dentist was quick and make some suggestions for my future dental health. The only thing that would have made this visit great is if they validated parking.
My experience always as I enter the office is superb from Receptionist to Sabrina which I absolutely love and the Dentist. The red carpet is always rolled out.
I always look forward to going to Downtown Dental Center for my appointments. The staff are always so very nice and welcoming! It is an added bonus that they remember my name. Very nice touch!
