I don't really write reviews because I think people write them based on feelings and not service. I have returned as a patient of downtown dental and have to applaud the customer service. I am BIG on customer service and will cease to support any establishment that don't provide GOOD customer service. Fast and efficient. Only problem was parking meter and insurance both of which was out of the clinics realm of dental help. Kind and helpful.

The Downtown Dental Center is an exceptional place. From entrance to exit, everyone is solely vested in providing the best possible experience for the patient. They greet you with a smile and demonstrate superb customer service throughout the visit. Dr. Carter is truly living out his destiny and he has surrounded himself with quality staff who share his vision.
