I agree that the services are a bit more expensive but they do go above and beyond. My cat was so nervous and Dr Rice did everything possible to calm him. She sprayed a calming scent, brought out treats and toys and even made a blanket fort. Orlando had an accident in transit and they cleaned the carrier and him. I have a dog and 3 cats and I want to best possible care for them. I’m willing to pinch pennies elsewhere to make sure they get it.
Just sitting here looking at all these rave reviews, wondering why Dr. Barr continues to fail to return my e-mails and phone calls regarding how to proceed after my pet's ultrasound. It's been a rough road with him and I was so happy when I thought I had found an office who would help me get him straightened out. I was happy to spend the extra money for the best care possible. Such a great clinic! Fantastic staff and doctors. Helped us out when our little lady had tummy troubles, and she gets SO excited to go to the vet for her routine care! Who knew that was possible! We love BRAC!
