We were new to the area when our lab Kody was hit by a car at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Nobody would take him until our daughter, who takes her fur babies there, called and explained the situation. They waited for us, treated him so tenderly and never even appeared to rush. Then early the next day they were calling to see how he was doing! They're a 10⭐ to us
I've been to several different vets over the years, but BRAC is definitely the best I've experienced. I've had two different cats have surgery there, my 1 year old dog is treated there, and, unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my very first cat there. The whole staff made the experience as positive as it could possibly be. They were so caring and so thoughtful even after, when the doctor wrote a hand written card. Top notch, for sure!
Love BRAC, Dr Neumann and everyone there is fantastic! We've been taking our "kids" there for 20yrs. I highly recommend it!
The staff here is amazing! Made my dog feel comfortable and gave him plenty of healthy treats :)

I can't say enough good things about our reception at BRAC. Everyone was friendly, gushing over my CAT-AT, kind to my son, and we felt so cared for and about. I'm so happy to live nearby and be able to call this place our new home vet. It's also great to know there are other CH kitties in their practice and that the staff is well versed on how to care for these special pets! (PS, I adore Dr. Barr and the fact that she's from my hometown and my Alma Mater, Ohio State!) <3
All of the staff at BRAC are so friendly and professional. My questions and concerns are always addressed, and it is obvious that their priority is to make lasting connections with clients and their pets. Dr. Cruse is a skillful and knowledgeable vet, and my dog loves her :)
