Prices are too high and test results take too long to come back. My cat died waiting for the test results. Other vets are able to share results of bloodwork, X-rays and other tests within an hour. I would not recommend this place.
RecommendedMy dog Kingston has major anxiety, especially at the vets when I can’t be with him due to COVID. Instead of giving up and wanting to medicate him like other vets have tried, Dr. Cruise and her team took their time with him and were so patient! The vets at Broad Ripple Animal Clinic have always helped us out with both of ours pugs and cats! They and are always willing to take my calls and explain everything to me. I highly recommend Dr Sponsler and Dr Murphy!
I can’t say enough about BRAC. I’ve been going there with my two fur babies since I moved here two years ago. Through routine shots, wellness exams, and a minor surgery when my dog decided to eat a rubber tennis ball, the vets and staff there have been INCREDIBLE. They’re always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They truly care for your animals. The doctors are amazing and have been taking care of our pets for the last several years. We have had some issues with them in the past, but shoutout to management and the front desk staff for resolving the issue in a timely manner and for being patient, transparent, and professional.
I'm going to be as detailed as possible so you know EXACTLY what lead to this review. The care our pets receive there is amazing. Dr. Cruise is amazing. Dr. Rice is amazing. Dr. Barr is amazing. But the people operating the clinic have turned what was once a place of pride for all the employees into a total crap show. Broad Ripple Animal Clinic used to be worth the money. Just wanted to pop in and say how much I LOVE everyone here. Both my cat and dog come here and I’ve truly never met a more loving staff. :) Going to the vet is usually a stressful situation for the owners and pets and even when I can tell they are busy the entire staff ALWAYS gives me the attention I need with a kind attitude. I can count on them to be honest and want what’s best for my animals. Jagger and Merlin say thanks guys!
I brought my 9 week old puppy there for his first vet check up, and Dr. Sponsler and vet tech Julie were phenomenal, nice, and very knowledgeable. Had a great first experience and Odin and I will most definitely be going back! Highly recommend: 10/10
