I have had nothing but great experience with BMC. They provide loaner vehicles when needed and their new service department is quite an improvement over the old one.
Picked up a 2016 Evoque lease just a few weeks ago. Fantastic experience during the sales process. Tino was very helpful and accommodating. I'm sure my future experience will be just as great. Loving the vehicle! I have yet to experience the service department but I have no doubts it will be just as professional.
