THEY SHOULD HONOR THE REFUND OF PREPAID SERVICE AND EXTENDED WARRENTY AFTER CAR WAS TRADED IN AFTER 1 YEAR. BY LAW I HAVE A RIGHT TO THE REFUND, AS WELL AS PER OTHER DEALRSHIP FINANCE FOLKS, BUT FINANACE TEAM REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS TO PROCESS THE PRORATED REFUND. nOT SURE WHY THEY ACT AS YOUR FREIND TO THEN TURN AROUND AN NOT BE AN HONORABLE BUSINESS AND PROCESS THE MONEY DUE TO ME!!!

I paid for a windshield i didn't break on a brand new Velar i barely drive, after buying maintenance package that was told covered everything which in fact, does not. Then i was left without a car for an entire week with no communication from the service center. Very poor experience.

Generally nice experience on the purchase side. Service however is a disaster. They don’t call back ever, an overnight service will end up taking 10 days, and they charge top dollar. It’s almost shocking how bad they are at service and unfortunately the Range Rover is not that reliable so the service matters...
