HORRIBLE COMPANY! – Professionalism is NOT a word these people understand. They act like complete morons. From Day 1 my leasing agent seldom returned my calls. I always followed up with HIM. The bldgs are in terrible shape, they're old and run down, and the staff is a bunch of idiots, and they do not know what the hell they're doing. Scarp, Bad staff, Very bad service, Bad atitude for tenants – It is the worst experience in my life with brink PM. not honest. Very bad service. They rented me the house which had all heat vents were broken and filled up with Rat nests. Heat insulators were dismantled. I need to write 5 emails and couple of phone calls every day to follow-up them to fix it. Not fast, but well done! – Had major water damage to condo and it took a long time for repairs to be accomplished. The managemant company had to fire the first contractor and keep after those who followed. They kept on the case until all was repaired to my satisfaction. Except for the time it took, I have no complaints.
Not Recommended at all – I've read review about this management company from this page and hegitate to become their tenant but I had no choice to find somewhere else cause their rent was affordable for me, so I became a tenant. Everything was ok untill the applience in a room broke, I called management to either fix it or replace it. Commercial Slum Lords – We've been living for almost a year in our house and still most of the maintenance stuff that was noted on the original walk through inspection still hasn't been completed. We have to call and complain every few weeks to get anything completed. These items were promised to be completed prior to our move in. It seems like they don't do anything but collect rent. know what you are in for. – If you don't want landlords involved at all except to collect the rent than this is the landlord for you. However, if you need anything from a toilet being fixed to any help with the fact that raw sewage has somehow backed up into you garage then beware. It will take weeks, numerous phone calls and threats of withholding rent to get any kind of response. They are as close to slum lords as you are going to get in Seattle.
