Seriously? – I'm so glad I found other reviews on this management company, I definitely will not keep persuing a property that I thought was perfect for me. I saw a listing for one of their rentals and have called over and over again and sent emails. I received one email response that said a phone call would follow the email. Liars! Service has been excellent.
Barefaced embezzlement – Brinks is the worst ever property management. They are extremely rude even when dealing with decent families renting decent expensive houses. They very slow in taking care of maintenance and never return your calls. They also use legal jargons to scare you. When you respond back with same legal language, they simply do not respond and ask you to get a lawyer. This actually causes more harm to the owners. made easy – Brinks has been great to work with. It has made owning a rental property very easy for us.
Good so far – Good so far. Everytime I have contacted Brink I have received a follow up. I am looking forward to the 6 month walk through of the house, and a positive report back.
It is so nice to know we are getting good tenants and in the event of an issue at the property our partners at Brinks are on top of things
