I went to this store to resize my ring and felt rushed the entire time. When I asked about buying a band to wear between rings, I was told to book an appointment instead of just being shown options. The salesperson even opened their laptop in front of me and revealed the receipt and the value of the ring which made me my fiancé very uncomfortable. I would have definitely bought a spare band if I had received any attention. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
Kat probably doesn't know it but she has a very contagious smile and energy. She was super helpful and made sure I was really comfortable with my decision in wedding bands for me and my fiance. I hope to find a Kat in every store im buying stuff from.
