Me and my husband rented an apartment at 2430 Sw 22nd terrace Miami 33145 through this Realty Group on 12/17/2024 for a year. We notified them via email that we’re not renewing the lease a month in advance when they asked so. The accountant of this company does not know how to correctly calculate sales tax for rents received. It pays the percentage on the full amount received and no the base rent, making their customers pay more than what it should be paid. The person in charge of commercial leases does not know hot to properly do the paperwork to extend he leases.
