I have used 3 separate PAS agencies and this one is definitely the WORST of the 3. They don't pay enough to their employees and they don't care about the people that they're supposed to serve. Bad communication and lack of male attendants. If you can find another PAS agency. Do

Caregivers (From ANY Association) need to have thorough background checks, references, etc! I've been through 6, all from Brightstar. The first one I had was the best 💘 I got another caregiver who had 2 small children, was pregnant so I thought she really needed the job. Well, she got put on bedrest, so Brightstar got ANOTHER caregiver, who would ALSO get put on bedrest!
