We requested and an aid for additional help for my primary caregiver. Taylor was awesome! She had a great attitude and is serving heart. I am thoroughly impressed with a bright care with Ashley being there to walk us through the process and with Taylor being the CNA. I thoroughly recommend bright star for anyone needing nursing assistance in their home

I previously worked here and recently noticed my photo is still being used on their website, despite no longer being employed. I hadn’t addressed it before, but I will be requesting its removal immediately. It’s a bit concerning that a company presenting itself as professional hasn’t taken the initiative to keep their staff information current. Poor communication skills. Had an emergency come up due to my youngest health and pretty much got told it was a job interview or my sons health. Don’t apply if you have kids you want to put first
