STAY AWAY from this Roger Briggs. His dentist performed a crown for me two years ago, and also referred me for a root canal. Two years later, the crown work that he performed broke/disintegrated. I met with Roger today and not only was he rude regarding my complaint, they were unwilling to repair their shoddy work. I spent over $3000 on these services and Roger was not even willing to take a look at it today. They are on of the most expensive dentists in the valley, and they do not stand by their work.
Perfect first visit. Wendy is a great hygienist! The team around her, from the support staff to the dentist himself, are also friendly and confident. Briggs has the interpersonal chemistry and intimate feel of a small practice. There's no pressure to get this or the other treatment you don't really need. And yet they have all the latest technology, so if you do need some special care, they're ready.
After 14 years , my visit is akin to a Family Reunion. Always enjoy seeing my friends and appreciate the excellent and caring service.
Very impressed with Briggs Family Dentistry professionalism and knowledge, relocating from LA to Scottsdale I was a little worried about selecting a dentist but a referral from a colleague that also goes to Dr. Briggs was well worth it.
The experience was enjoyable as always. Fun loving, family atmosphere. The sign in the front says "enter a stranger, leave a friend" and couldn't agree more!
Everything went well dentistry-wise. Always a great cleaning.
I was very pleased with the hygenist, Courtney. She was efficient and timely. Was out of the office in less than 45 minutes. We did update my meds although I thought those were updated 6 mos. ago but she said not since 1994. Probably could not find the updates. Aren't those on the computer?
Never thought I'd say it was a "piece of cake going to the dentist" - but it was. No pain; all gain. Great dentists and an excellent staff. I've been going to this office for many years and never have been disappointed. If you want a good dentist, who has the latest in dentistry technology and technique, either Dr. Roger or Dr. Brad and their staff will meet your needs.
I have been a patient of five dental practices in my lifetime and Briggs Family Dentistry is, hands down, the best! It is a seamlessly smooth operation from the time I enter the office until I am out the door! I actually look forward to coming to my bi annual appointments! Always happy to refer our family and friends!
