Extremely friendly staff and even better service!
Having visited other dentists throughout my life, I felt apprehensive about visiting your office. Let me say, that upon my leaving your office, I have never felt more comfortable about going to the dentist. All of your staff made me feel very comfortable and upon leaving, I felt more like a friend than having just met your staff.
My past experiences have all been great. Only criticism I have with this visit is a procedure was done without telling me the expense. I would have preferred to be given the choice to accept or decline extra procedure.
I love Briggs Family Dentistry. I believe three different people from the Briggs family have worked on my teeth at some point. They're all so nice! Plus, they're up to date and know what to do. I love how they look at preventative care. They pointed out a few small dark spots on my X-rays and encouraged me to focus on them so they wouldn't turn into full blown cavities. Was very impressed with everyone in the office. From the warm welcoming to checking out. Dr Brad Briggs explained everything and was very through. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Great dentist!!
