My first impression was not the best, but Cindy won me over. As I was sitting in the lobby filling out my paperwork, a group of ladies behind the counter started gossiping all together talking about another woman getting divorced and finding a new boyfriend. This just didn't come across very professional. I immediately thought to myself, I hope I'm never the subject of this kind of gossiping. I recently broke a 10 year old veneer originally installed by Dr. Brad. I called on Monday morning for an appointment to repair it and get a temporary for my front tooth. I had an almost immediate response after leaving a message. They exceeded expectations by getting me in the next day!
The Briggs Family is a very friendly and experienced dental provider with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great service every time and no pressure selling on anything that isn't totally necessary.
