My experience at Bridgeway Diagnostic was horrible. I went there to get an MRI and ended up at the emergency room.
Have been there multiple times....the girl that helped me with my MRI found a way for me to tolerate my dread and claustrophobia without drugs and get through it. They are kind, patient and always easy to work with.
I went for a mammogram at the Phenix City location. I was extremely pleased with the receptionist who scheduled my appointment, the friendliness of the two receptionists when I arrived, and Michelle who performed my test. I explained my concerns to Michelle, and was thankful for her caring, comforting, and assuring demeanor before, during, and after my procedure. This directed to Ms Carol, the best MRI tech I have ever come into contact with. You gave me peace of mind before I ever laid down on the table. You did everything possible to give me comfort, before and during my testing. God has blessed you with a gift that is AWESOME!!!! I've recommended Bridgeway to everyone that has to have an MRI done. I went to the new one in Auburn and the staff is amazing and great images thank you.. definitely if I have to have any other images that will be where I go
