RecommendedWe went in for a work -in MRI today. Ralph, the tech, came out to get my husband. He introduced himself to me and my husband. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were seen within 30 minutes of our time that we were told to be there. Thanks to the front desk girls with smiling faces, Ralph and the behind the scenes people for getting us in and helping to make us feel comfortable while doing state of the art work! Sheri Price
I went to the Columbus location and Ralph helped me get my MRI done. I am VERY CLAUSTROPHOBIC and usually I cant make it through an MRI. today I had the open MRI and it wasnt nearly as bad as what I have been put in before. Ralph made sure I was comfortable and reassured me multiple times that he wasnt going to leave and would be right there if I needed him. Auburn office: We came here bc this is where our dr sent us. After waiting 1.5 hours past our appt I finally asked about approximate time we would be called back and no one knew. 2.5+ hours later we are still here waiting for the scan to be completed and then we have to wait for them to burn a disk that we have to take to our dr tomorrow. If given the option I will choose to use a center affiliated with the hospital where the doctors have access to the scans and where our time is respected. I finally was able to stay in an MRI machine and get a complete imaging done, after two failed attempts at CDC thanks to Ralph. I would like to thank Ralph for understanding that I was not trying to be a difficult patient but I am claustrophobic and although Bridgeway in Columbus uses an open MRI I was frantic. Ralph went above and beyond to keep me calm and even allowed my husband to escort me and stay with me till I was able to relax. That’s what I call excellent patient care. Thank you Ralph
I had an MRI at Bridgeway Columbus. The medical personnel were so helpful and caring as well as professional in their work. I felt like they really had my best interests at heart. Ralph and Lacey were just great!!
I have to have routine CT scans due to my history of colon cancer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Hoover and his staff are amazing and professional. The facilities are clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend them for your imaging needs.
