Very nice people there! I have been there before and they are always nice and friendly and get the job done
The Ladies of Bridgeway are very nice, from the receptionist to the Technician. Due to my disability they all was very very patient with me. I personally felt very at ease thank you all so very much for making me feel comfortable, I would tell anyone to use Bridgeway in a heart beat.
Receptionist and supervisor exceptional cooperative and helpful trying to my son's scan and ultrasound done! He didn't have a picture ID, but instead of just turning us away, the supervisor contact his doctors to see if they might have a copy of it. When I told her, I might have a copy at home, she sent me to see if I could locate it even though his appointment time had passed. Did not find it, so she squeeze him in the next afternoon. Great experience, great service! Recommend!
I'm so impressed with the level of care for my injury. Adrienne, the MRI tech, was so very kind. She made sure I was comfortable by adding more pillows around my legs. She even gave me a blanket since I get cold easily. Then, Dr. Hoover diagnosed my condition and talked to me personally about what he was going to communicate to my orthopedic surgeon. I would NOT go anywhere else.
The staff at Bridgeway were very polite & professional. I would like to go there for all my future MRI's!
I had my first mammogram and my daughter had X-rays. Both visits were very nice. The staff is wonderful!
I had to have an MRI today due to an injury to my shoulder. It was a very unsettling test but Adrianne could not be more professional and courteous. She made sure I was comfortable and made the experience a good one. It is rare to find kind, courteous and professional health care providers these days. I recommend Bridgeway Diagnostics to anyone even if you have to drive from out of town.
