Quick easy and very nice. Made it very comfortable and nice.
Had major abdominal surgery 7/15 , went to my PCP for possible DVT who called Bridgeway, advised my Dr yes they can do it now come on over. Been sitting here 2 hrs in the car and they aren't sure when they will work me in. Rude, unprofessional and already got my money 😰😠
Several times my wife and I have had procedures scheduled here, and we have have extensive issues with the facility and our insurance. I have never had to jump through so many hoops to get things accomplished. And you can't blame it on the insurance companies, because including this one, there have been three different insurances. I have been to both Phenix City and Columbus sites. I had both x-rays and MRIs done. Highly recommended them for all you diagnostic needs. I want to give a special thanks to Ralph Casciaro for always making me feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease every time he did my MRIs. He is a valuable employee for them. Great customer service.......
