Replaced pipes in a wall and didn’t secure them properly. Pipes leaked sewage into the wall for almost an entire year before the leak was caught by a different contractor. Now we have to tear down the whole wall for a second time. Was also ghosted by them for a few weeks during the initial “repair” they did, which led to us having to hire someone else before we ever heard back from them. I am amazed that anyone has given them a positive rating with how little interest they had in doing a good job with our property.

My water heater was not working. Scott came the same day and on time. He methodically diagnosed the problem and pin point the problem to my blocking off a vent from the water heater fan. He took the time to walk me through the problem and fixed the blockage. It was a $100 well spent for the 45 min he spent with me. I contacted him through Thumbtack but you could contact Bridge City directly and save them the $50 fee that they pay Thumbtack. Scott came in the early January to repair a drip in our bathtub. While working on the repair he busted a pipe and water flowed down into our living room and basement. A hole had to be cut out of our living room ceiling. Scott arranged for restoration to come and blow fans and leave dehumidifiers. He said someone would come to repair the ceiling. This is now the middle of February and no one has yet to contact us about coming to repair the ceiling.
