Scott came in the early January to repair a drip in our bathtub. While working on the repair he busted a pipe and water flowed down into our living room and basement. A hole had to be cut out of our living room ceiling. Scott arranged for restoration to come and blow fans and leave dehumidifiers. He said someone would come to repair the ceiling. This is now the middle of February and no one has yet to contact us about coming to repair the ceiling.
Scott is the best!
Great overall experience. Contacted and was able to get a new water tankless water heater in a timely manner with great, friendly service.
