This was the worst place ever my daughter which was supposed to be a special moment of her life, changed her mind about the dress the owner refused to give me a refund and demeaned his employee and threatened her that she would loose her job.This all took place in front of customers he is a mean old man
Catherine is very friendly and helpful. This was most likely my very best shopping experience. I will recommend Bridaltown to anyone I know that is getting married to shop here. I found a beautiful dress at a great price. I am plus size and shopping can be a rough situtation but this was easy and totally stress free. You should see my dress! Wow!
My only child, Rebecca, is going to marry Christopher, her long time love and the man of her dreams. Catherine treated her like a princess and made shopping for her perfect wedding gown a magical experience. Catherine offered suggestions, picking dresses to suit Becca's tastes and others as possible options. She allowed us time to view each of the dresses and laid out trains, etc. to show different possibilities with each. Catherine, thank you for everything! I cant' applaud you and Bridaltown enough!
Linda did a great job helping our bride pick out dresses to fit her tastes. After dozens of dresses in many different styles we finally picked the perfect one. Young and Fun- It's perfect. Great service and beautiful selection. Very personalized service. They very clearly care that you find the perfect dress. Sometimes it is easy to feel like just another bride, BUT NOT HERE AT BRIDALTOWN!
I loved Bridaltown!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I got to try on as many dresses as I wanted, as many times as I wanted until I found my perfect dress. Catherine took the time with me and offer great advice. I found the perfect dress for me at a great price, and so much more. Thank you Bridaltown for everything. I'll be back for bridesmaids gown soon.
So glad I shopped at Bridaltown. After going to the store I found an hugh selection of wedding gowns, all at great prices. It is obvious that reviews are written by brides who maybe just didn't get their way or something because I could not have had a better experience. Don't believe the garbage people write. Jennifer T.
Worst place ever!!!! My fiance bought a dress at bridal town. Paid in full for the dress and alterations, over $1,000 total. They called two weeks after and said they can no longer make the dress in the material she wanted. So we asked for a refund, not a crazy request you cant get the dress ok give me the money back please.. but ooohhh no not that simple.. after three weeks of calling and getting told nobody was there to return the money and being told to come in and look for another dress still no refund.. Great gowns--but lousy customer service. They made me pay in advance for alterations that were never done. Refused to respond when sent 2 letters asking for $444 for services not rendered--not for merchandise. BEWARE--ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY--YOU GET NOTHING!!
