WONDERFUL STORE There just aren't enough stars to describe my experience at Bridal and Gift. A few months ago I went into bridal and gift (and yes ladies it is cramped but just stick with it its worth it! and ALOT of stores are this way). I ordered a beautiful gown with the help of Francia. Believe all the bad reviews Ladies, do not bother.
P-O'd and with reason! I went to this shop with high hopes, as i had heard NOTHING but good things about it! No one in the RI, MA, CT area carried the dress I was looking for so I had to do what they call BORROW program (designer sends a dress 50$ out of MY pocket- for me to try and send back). ORDERED ME THE WRONG DRESS! AWFUL!!!!!!!!
bridalandgift Went to this shop today. 3 sales people in the store, but no one seemed to notice my mom and I. My wedding is next May, and I showed the salesperson some magazine pictures. They did not have the particular wedding gowns so told me to just browse, I felt like I was putting them out of their way. Tried on a Maggie that was beautiful. Disorganized and hectic This wasn't a bad place but it definitely needs work.
FAR Exceeded Expectations!!! A++! I had a fantastic experience at Bridal & Gift. I met Bob & Linda at a wedding expo with my fiance, & right away I knew they were 'real people'. They were so sweet & helpful, & right then & there I made an appointment to see them.
Wonderful Experience Overall I have had a wonderful experience with Bridal and Gift. The staff is all very nice and helpful!
Beware and don't bother! Beware, the owner is rude, deceitful, and condescending. I went to Bridal and Gift I to buy my mother-of-the-groom dress on February 23, 2010. I found it unattractive on the outside and extremely cramped and stuffy inside. Once inside, however, I thought I??d give it a try. I wanted a particular dress I had seen on line, but the sales lady didn??t know how to use the computer so I had to sit and try to look it up myself for her!
