ORDERED ME THE WRONG DRESS! AWFUL!!!!!!!! BRIDES BEWARE! I ordered my dress and waited 4 long months for it to arrive, all to find out that THEY ORDERED ME THE WRONG DRESS, just 10 weeks before my wedding. It turns out they sold me a dress that the manufacturer stopped making all together, but for some reason, the store kept the sample on the floor. Can you imagine waiting 4 months for your dream dress to arrive, all to have the garment bag unzipped and the WRONG dress be inside? I don't think I have to say anything else...
Bridal & Gift was wonderful for me My mother and I have just finished having our alterations done at this shop. I am the BRIDE and bought everything there. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. By the time alterations were done, I felt like they were family. I actually invited the owners to my wedding, but since I am getting married on a Saturday, that is their busy day and they have to be at their salon. Disorganized and hectic This wasn't a bad place but it definitely needs work. I agree with other reviews its crammed and appears disorganized. The dressing rooms are small closet. There are lots of mirrors but no space to move. The sales associate was nice but definitely had no clue what I wanted or where any styles of dresses I like were. My sales associate did walk off at one point telling me to pull any dresses I would like.This was very hard because the dresses are basically crammed together on racks. Wonderful Experience Overall I have had a wonderful experience with Bridal and Gift. The staff is all very nice and helpful!
Beware and don't bother! Beware, the owner is rude, deceitful, and condescending. I went to Bridal and Gift I to buy my mother-of-the-groom dress on February 23, 2010. I found it unattractive on the outside and extremely cramped and stuffy inside. Once inside, however, I thought Iâd give it a try. I wanted a particular dress I had seen on line, but the sales lady didnât know how to use the computer so I had to sit and try to look it up myself for her! FAR Exceeded Expectations!!! A++! I had a fantastic experience at Bridal & Gift. I met Bob & Linda at a wedding expo with my fiance, & right away I knew they were 'real people'. They were so sweet & helpful, & right then & there I made an appointment to see them. My appointment was today, and Janet (I believe that was who it was) started helping me right away. I'd stay away... Visited this shop while searching for a mother of the bride dress. The shop is located on the top floor of a small building, so displays are cramped and difficult to reach. There are very few dressing rooms, so the wait to try on dresses was unbearable. Sales staff was highly uniformed and very unhelpful. We actually found some dresses that we liked, but they could not get the information that we needed that day and never followed up with us. MOH I went with my sister to Bridal and Gift and everybody was very helpful. There was a very cheery woman waiting for us when we opened the door (I believe the owner's wife). She tried on about 6 dresses and narrowed her search down to 3. The women asked my sister a lot of questions and were very friendly. They helped her find dresses that would fit her body type (petite) and were honest with their opinions. We came back later with our step mother and they remembered us right away.
