DON'T BOTHER!! I read all these bad reviews and decided to go anyways - how bad could it be? Well, it was awful. We accidentally went to their second store where they do alterations and the seamstress ignored us and didnât call to another worker to help us. One Great Disappointment After Another My Bridal party purchased 6 dresses from the shop. The first problem pertained to my bridesmaids' dresses. Four days before Bridal and Gift put the order in the maker stopped making the dress. My question is why was the order placed a month after the dresses were picked out? Great Bridal shop Wow, Wow and Wow :) So I had the best experience Here with Bridal & Gift. I went to multiple different bridal shops. Nothing compares to this place. If you want the best bridal experience go here. The staff is wonderful:). My dress is perfect. Linda helped me. She was wonderful. I could not ask for better help. I went during the Allure Truck show. I got a great deal on the dress:) Francia what a great seamstress .Linda and Bob are the most sweetest and helpful couple. All Positive ppl. more problems we ordered my daughters dresses from here, when they came, they were the wrong color, so they had them sent out to be dyed, OMG big mistake..the color was stripped by the time we got them back, this time they reordered them, it still wasn't the right color, but it was getting close to the wedding..we had planned this wedding for over 2 years, so we had plenty of time, or so we thought, when we went in for fittings, their seamstress wasn't there, she was very late, then she cut the dresses too short, as far as I... read more
THE BEST EXPERIENCE My daughter recently purchased her dress from Bridal and Gift. They went to every measure to make sure that it was exactly how she imagined her dress to be. The owner, Linda, even gave her so many design options ( which she could alter in her store) just so she could have customize it to her liking. Unprofessional I chose to use Shear Style to supply and fit the dresses for my bridesmaids. I am very unhappy to hear that my mother, sister, and bridesmaids were VERY dissatisfied with the service they received. Firstly, the bridesmaids had to wait a good 1/2 hour each for the sales people to find their dresses. Two of my bridesmaids were given the wrong dresses because the sizes and names were not checked by the employee. A very satisfied bride I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Linda and the store. The store is in a large house and yes a bit small, but I was made to feel like my wedding was very important to them. When my dress came in, they called me to let me know it was there. Linda ordered the dress with me standing right at the counter. The seamstress was very accommodating, she had to take of both myself and my daughter.
