They allow tenants to lease units for just a few days or weeks, creating a constant turnover of strangers in the building. I was doing Amazon deliveries and because i’m BLACK the security asked for my ID to get a key fob when there were other delivery drivers in the same spot as me , but he didn’t ask for their ID. I don’t know what type of operation is ran there , but I had to walk past him again in order to get back to my car so why only ask for MY ID.. and the elevators being broken and slow
Still dealing with broken elevators - first one has been down for more than two weeks, and now the ONLY remaining one is also out of service!! Completely unacceptable especially for a 23 floor building. No real updates and a lack of urgency from management
The Elevator has been broken for over 2 weeks. Every other building I’ve lived in where the elevator breaks down they fix it immediately. That goes for a lot of the issues in this building
Carolina in the leasing office was so helpful over the phone. Moving from out of state can be challenging but she was patient and gave me so much useful information. If I were closer to my move in timeframe, i'd 100% lease with her!
