Ive been living at Brickell heights west since it was first built. Yes, some of the issues mentioned in other reviews are valid but I’ll say that they have come up more recently. I love all the amenities, the building is very clean, and what makes living here even better than the beautiful views and convenient location is the staffff!! Frank and Alex from front desk are absolute sweethearts. Im always happy to see them on my way in and out of the building. I hope they’re around for as long as possible!! <3

Love this building and love Frank!
After living at various managed communities, I can say that the Brickell heights team goes above and beyond for their residents. I’ve really enjoyed the new events being hosted for us and the front desk team at the west lobby are such a joy. I have to give a special shout out to Frank and Ishmael who always welcome us in and so kind to always spoil my dog with a post walk treat.
I moved here in Feb and it’s been awesome. I really love living in the West tower and the gym is impressive for a high rise. 💯🙏🏽
