BEWARE KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. For New Years they had the security company kick everyone ~40 people off the roof top for 2026. DO NOT LIVE where they manage. This is a beautiful place to live and I’ve been an owner here for 4 years. KW property management unfortunately makes living here very challenging. I cannot recommend living anywhere they are the property manager. Absolutely love living at Brickell Heights. The perfect location, friendly neighbors and management, reasonable hoa fees compared to the Brickell avg, and overall good quality building i can call home

Consistently 20 mins wait for my car from valet. Pull up is inefficient and building is not secure.
