He vivido aquí los últimos 4 años y medio. El cambio de administración ha sido lo peor que ha podido pasar en el edificio. El señor de seguridad hace incómodo hasta coger tu coche o dejar a los chicos del Valet. En las oficinas procuran no ayudarte ni resolverte los problemas, han subido los fees de las reservas de las salas de forma exponencial. I’m writing this review as both a visitor and a realtor. I don’t live in the building, so I can’t speak on what it’s like to live there day-to-day, but I’ve had several clients in the building and visit often. From that perspective, I have to say the management team is one of the most responsive and helpful I’ve worked with. $1,100+ in fines, I wouldn't move back in.. I lived here for roughly a year and had nothing but issues with management. The building's management is entirely a joke. If you want to move a nightstand down from your apartment using service elevator --- $100 fine, unauthorized move-out.. Own a supercar with an exhaust? --- $100 fine, nuisance behavior..
