I’m writing this review as both a visitor and a realtor. I don’t live in the building, so I can’t speak on what it’s like to live there day-to-day, but I’ve had several clients in the building and visit often. From that perspective, I have to say the management team is one of the most responsive and helpful I’ve worked with. $1,100+ in fines, I wouldn't move back in.. I lived here for roughly a year and had nothing but issues with management. The building's management is entirely a joke. If you want to move a nightstand down from your apartment using service elevator --- $100 fine, unauthorized move-out.. Own a supercar with an exhaust? --- $100 fine, nuisance behavior.. They give you to opportunity to show up to a "Grievance Committee" where you can explain your side. Ultimately, you just get shutdown and they don't care what you have to say an... read more

Living at Brickell Heights truly feels like living in paradise — like being in a movie city every day. In my opinion, it’s the safest place in all of Brickell and Miami. Beyond the stunning architecture and fantastic features such as the golf simulator, pool, and other amenities, what truly makes Brickell Heights exceptional is its amazing management team and every single staff member who is always willing to help and makes you feel at home. I’m deeply concerned about the behavior of board member Robert Newcorn. He has repeatedly used excessive and intimidating tactics toward residents, including demanding personal information about others from the staff — something that multiple people have witnessed. This is a clear invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable in any community setting. His behavior toward staff is also troubling.
