I initially planned to rate this salon 2/5 since the service itself was completed without issue. However, due to recurring pricing inconsistencies and poor customer service, I had to lower my rating further. I've visited this salon multiple times, and each time, I've encountered discrepancies in pricing. Overpriced and informal/ I was told my hair would be cut by someone, when I arrived at my appointment they had no Clue and someone else cut my hair. Not worth the exaggerated cost and they literally force you to tip. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Terrible experience being shouted at and pointed finger at when I showed up for an appointment that I had booked a hair appointment in person two days before.Told I had not booked it! Someone needs meds!Not the way to treat a customer-or anyone for that matter. However,Maricela,the manicure/pedicurist is a doll.

The owner of this place is not trustworthy. She takes people's money and does not do the work. Buyer beware and find someone who is reputable and doesn't steal from customers.
