I have known one of their agents - Raffaele Schiraldi for many years. Every person I referred to him had complaints. I attempted to use him for a new condo for a dear friend. I was the point of contact. He dropped the ball, and stated he stepped away due a family emergency to save face. He fails to communicate, is forgetful, and gets emotional. It is why after 20 years, he is still not successful. He always complains about his broker David and his lack of loyalty to his wife, and preference for young women. Not professional.... read more
They are a great brokerage, they really help their clients and realtors in a timely professional fashion and stay in tune with the most current technology to help facilitate the process for everyone. A lot of these negative reviews are unfortunate incidences which I feel do not represent their overall professionalism. I am proud to work with them and glad I found a brokerage that puts their realtors and their clients first.
Yes, warning all good reviews are from the employees lol. Tried to get them to help with a huge multi-million dollar deal but they wouldn't reply fast enough or not at all. Called managers and the number on Google multiple times. They only would tell each other that I'm calling and not follow through. It's sad... I don't think they sell much and maybe don't know how? They rely on getting a contract so they're guaranteed commission but they even mess that up pretty sure. They are lazy and inexperienced. Imo.
