I ordered food from here tonight through the My Town 2 Go app so I can only speak about the food itself. Amazing. My husband got the pretzel burger and I got the Cuban. Both were flavorful, juicy, and very big! This is definitely our new favorite burger spot.
Very good bar food & great service. They have really good daily lunch specials.
My fiancee and I are new to town and quickly made Brick City Grill our 2nd home here in Ames. The food is phenomenal (get the Big Belly Burger and Cy Fries and thank me later) and the service is just as fantastic. Holly and Kaitlyn (sorry if I misspelled) are simply amazing and have taken such great care of us. Whether we're celebrating, watching a big game or just need a good dinner and cold beer after a long day, the Brick City team ways has our back! My wife and I were in town for the Cy/Hawk series. Go Hawkeyes. It was our first time at the Brick City Grill. We loved it. Food, service and atmosphere was AWESOME! I had the 60/40 burger and it was the best burger I have ever had. My wife's meal was also the best. Keep up the good work and ignore the negative posts.
Service was horrible. We got seated on the patio and it took an hour and 10 mins for our food, everyone else got served before us. The waitress ignored us when I asked about our food. No one came to apologize for "messed up ticket times" or tell us the kitchen was "short staffed" but I will never go there again. Had to even walk inside to get our ticket to pay. Someone should of at least said something.
