Its quiet, affordable and a pleasant place to live at. Located in a very convenient location and has a pool!
I love it here. They are polite and try to handle things quickly. Maintenance is terrific. They are respectful and really know what they're doing. It is quiet and most neighbors follow the 10 pm to 7 am quiet time. No problems with appliances. Reasonable rent I've been here 7 years and have no complaints. The reviews on the website are questionable because they are not dated and there's no way to know if f all the negative reviews have been addressed. daughter has lived here for 1 month and we have had 2 bats in the apartment. Her and her roommate had to go to ER to get Rabies Shots. Still waiting to hear from them on what will be done.....they cant even sleep in their own apartment. They don't seem to be working to fast to fix the problem! UPDATE: They temporarily moved them into the model apartment and then told them they have to pay for the upgrades the model has (i.e. a privacy fence). Doing nothing for them.....
I loved living here. Sadly we got evicted because my boyfriend lost his car and his job. We asked if we can come back but they said no. I'm still upset about it all. I really wish they can take us back since we're back on our feet and have steady jobs but they said no. The townhouse was big and spacey. My son loved running around and playing. I lived here in Westminster during the early eighties I loved it, sorry I ever moved out after many years. I have had other apartments and owned homes since then but I missed living here. I have moved back as of last year the staff has been very helpful since I am disabled. Mechanics are quick to come when a work order is placed. I believe the private entrance garden apt floor plans are the greatest and you can't beat the kitchen storage. Office staff is friendly. I recently posted a review, it was less than flattering. However, my review got the attention of the owners/management. I must say that Melissa, has done everything in her power to remedy my concerns and problems. She has made huge strides in "cleaning" Briarcrest out! All these things were done in just a matter of weeks! So, I guess I just needed to get the attention of the right person.
