worst apartments and management staff
Scam company. I never missed a rent payment for 3 years was on a month-to-month lease and they charged me $3700 to leave on good terms and immediately put it to collections when I refused to pay that amount. They also keep sending a bill to my dead friend’s mother for money. They are scum. Worst complex ever.
Briarcrest Gardens truly is community focused. I have been a resident for 14 years and have always felt at home here, and the staff are very committed and caring.
i lived here almost a year, at first it was great! but now i hate it here. i’ve been having an issue with my hot water heater since i moved in and it seems like every time someone comes out to fix it, it gets worse! the water stays hot for about 5 minutes, it’s terrible. i cannot wait until my lease is up so i can get out of here. very disappointed. it just seems they don’t care in the office at all, you have to call numerous times before anything gets done.
Recently someone had pulled our handicap parking sign out of our yard and threw it in the dumpster. The Briarcrest management team responded quickly and thoroughly on our behalf. We are most grateful for their professionalism and attentiveness to this situation. Special thanks to Melia!
