I will be brutally honest and say that I am a patient person and I do not like to give conflicts or bad attitudes but the office of Dr. Brian Morrison really put my patience and attitude to the test because it is super difficult to be able to communicate with their office (I have even been on the phone for 1 hour and no answer), added to that they do not commit and do not send the documentation for the pre-authorizations, it is already August and they diagnosed me with a treatment in July that should have started a while ago... read more
Es realmente SUPER difícil comunicarse con él o su oficina, no te dan la información completa sobre los tratamientos y aparte no cumplen con su parte en lo que respecta a enviar documentación para las pre autorizaciones, más de 30 días y aún sin poder retirar las medicinas.
My experience with dr. Brian Morrison at sunset office has been horrible. I had an appt at the beginning of march I saw the doctor, he was very professional and take a good care of me in the first visit. After that I can’t contact with the office any more they have a call center system that they can’t transfer the call to anyone, I’m still waiting for any answer, I called every week to check status of my treatment and the told the same every week some will call you back and that never happen.
