Doctor was late but apologized for keeping me waiting.
Doctor Shafer did my Rotator Cuff surgery in April of 2019. I'm very happy with it. Now I'm back to see him concerning my other Rotator Cuff. I hope surgery is not needed but if it is I will definitely have him do it for me. Very Sharp Doctor. No beating around the Bush with him, simply gets to the point quickly so you don't leave his office still wondering about your decision coming up. I definitely would recommend him.
