I have had a round of shots in my knees and Dr Shafer is on time and takes care of my concerns. His nurse is very nice and and caring.
Very clean office, nice & helpful staff. Quick check-in. Second visit had to wait a while for my procedure. Dr. Shaver is polite and listens to you, also explains the procedure and your symptoms. Did not even feel my injection ??
Very efficient, explained everything about what is happening to my shoulder, when (if possible with the virus) we could get it replaced, how the procedure works, how recovery should go, etc.
I really appreciate the extra time my doctor spent to explain all my options in dealing with my health issues. Thank you

I visited Dr. Shafer with regard to an ongoing shoulder problem I had been experiencing for over two months. After x-rays Dr. Shafer determined my problem and explained possible treatment(s) and outcome(s). Although his diagnosis were not the words I wanted to hear, I am fully confident in his assessment. He has started me on a treatment program and I am already experiencing the benefits of it. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Shafer is excellent I thought I was going to need surgery on my shoulder and after a careful exaime he sent me to PT. The PT just happens to be staffed with excellent professionals.
