2022 I had an ovarian cyst surgically removed at Renaissance. The nurse was kind. I had no privacy, Gurnie's were wheeled before me with unconscious bodies in full view as I was prepped for surgery. The anesthesiologist acted like he was on speed. I heard him, just a few feet away on the other side of a thin curtain belittling and criticizing the patient next to me for being "over weight". It was appalling. After surgery, I was not well enough to sit up on my own and still out of it while the nurse dressed me, moved me onto ... read more

I wanted to email melanie stanton ceo of Franklin woods, instead i am typing this review. I just want to say that before this wk I was always generally pleased with how the nurses, staff and doctors were always nice and professional. After my experience yesterday I am not only appalled with how unprofessional the day shift nurses acted not just towards me as a patient but how they were/are rude and disrespectful to other patients. The day shift nurses on the 2nd floor would constantly talk rudely about their patients out lou... read more

I had the best doctor there is, DR Cytnthia Kahlenberg!!!!! He did a great job and I was treated with the best care. I thank the whole team that worked on my hip. I am only 36 but they helped me bounce back fast.

I love the way, Dr. Moncayo has always time to spend with me. He takes the time to actively listen to me, ask questions, and explain the way new medications or treatments can interact with my personal health conditions. I am so grateful to participate and have a voice in my health treatments and well-being. He really cares for his patients.

My brother was killed at this hospital by their Covid protocols. They starved my brother for days and refused to give him water. They drugged him when he asked for food and water. They kept telling him the ventilator was his only ‘hope’. He was walking and talking but tricked him into accepting the ventilator. Once on the ventilator they pumped him with Remdesivir and other sedatives til they shut down his kidneys and flooded his body cavity with fluid. The entire 10 day stay there they refused his family visitation. They ki... read more

The Tale of Two Emergency Rooms Saturday evening at approximately 11PM 2/25/23, I brought a friend, who had been experiencing 12 hours of extreme nausea and was in real distress, to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center Emergency. There were no wheelchairs available at the entrance, but a staff member brought one out on request. The waiting room was almost empty, I signed her in, wheeled her into the waiting room – and we waited. After about 35 minutes, no one had come out to evaluate my very sick friend or give any time-f... read more

Called office was on hold for 15 minutes, they answeedr and didn't even give me a minute to respond before they hung up on me. Called back, I finally got to speak to someone after 20 minutes, the woman was very rude and while doing an appt she hung up on me because I guess she was bothered by my questions regarding availability. I don't recommend this place, bad experience and not even a client yet. look somewhere else, apparently they are too busy for new patients.
