Dr. Proctor made cataract surgery seem easy. Had both eyes done , very professional and ready to listen to any concerns. Also found the staff friendly and professional. I went to the Lagrange office.

What a very unprofessional physician! My first time to Gottlieb eye ctr., he was lingering by the small area where the female staff collect in the back. He was joking and laughing with one for a very long time and it was unusual. In then meeting him in the room, his face lit up unusaly when the young girl who quickly entered not saying a word to myself or family, asked him if he could show her something on the computer. Please don't even think about going to see any doctor in this practice! I "was" a patient for over 10 years, when things were going well and they didn't have to solve any problems other than prescribe contact lenses, spend 5 minutes in the room with me, and collect payment things were great! Then my eye (I can only see out of one eye) had significant problems and needed a professional to diagnose what was happening. Well that certainly didn't come from any of these docs! 10:15 app arrived at 10 . 18 people in front of me one messed up office
Wonderful experience with Dr. Proctor and his staff. They took me in when I needed to be seen. From the first phone call to the office to the last person I saw on my way out the door, all a very professional & positive experience.
I waited nearly 3 hours for my appointment. Assistants did all the tests. He very quickly went over the results with me and tried to hustle me into having surgery with another doctor in the practice. I said I did not want the surgery & also that there were other surgeons. I asked about the success rate of the surgery and he said he didn't know but I could ask the surgeon. He proceeded to make an appointment for me with the surgeon after I said I did not want one. He did not answer any questions.
