Dr Proctor is a kind and expert eye doctor who is patient centered and honestly spends real significant time with each patient. He uses a medical transcriber so he is totally focused on the patient not the computer
This was my first cataract surgery the outpatient on salt Creek Lane all the people seem so happy to be working there it was a pleasure to see that at a workplace. The doctor was on time it was not scary for me, thinking it would be. He was done before I knew it was all over. I call him a miracle doctor. Cannot think of one negative thing.
Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Proctor explained what he was doing and why. Had the answers to questions that I asked. Great doc and will return next year.
He takes his time with each patience and answers all questions.
This was my annual full exam visit, although I see Dr. Proctor several other times during the year for other procedures. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and I highly recommend him.
