Dr Proctor treated my high eye pressure issue recently with a very personable and professional demeanor. He answered all my questions and added his insights. I always felt comfortable with him and felt confident in the way he treated me.
From the 1st person you see when you check in through your complete visit, everyone is top notch.
Dr. Proctor reviewed my situation with me with patience and detail. He gave me several options and discussed the pros and cons of each one. While he does have a busy practice, all of his the staff were kind, friendly and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and what I was to expect. An overall easy and good experience.
Dr Proctor saved my life. He saw beyond my eye problems & alerted me to what he believed was extremely high blood pressure. He strongly suggested I walk into the ER & have my blood pressure checked. I was immediately admitted to the hospital for the next 4 days. Taking the correct medication has now corrected my high blood pressure. I am very lucky & very grateful to Dr Proctor!
Dr Proctor is outstanding! His office is efficient and staffed by knowledgeable personnel. His office manager, Linda, is equally amazing. Most impressive - all the personnel at La Grange Hospital give him stellar reviews. If you have cataract issues, Brian Proctor is the guy to see.
