Dr. Proctor is a very experienced Ophthalmologist. He’s detailed, patience, making sure you understand the exams..Easy to talk with.!! Definitely recommend him to anyone.

Have been seen by Dr Peoctor for years and have never been disappointed with the results. He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough. He is the reason for my great vision.
Dr. Proctor was very thorough in his examination. He clearly identified the problem and offered several suggestions in treating the problem with the first being not to aggressive in the treatment. He further stated that if this problem didn’t clear within 2 weeks, then we would proceed with plan “B”. I highly recommend this fine Doctor without hesitation…..
He addressed all of my questions and concerns.
All people that I had to deal with were very nice. The doctor was very fast and caring my other doctor retired and my husband has been going to Dr Proctor for a while. I liked him and made an appointment for the next visit before I left. I always appreciate doing this.
It is always a wonderful experience. He checks my eyesight and my macular degeneration. He expressed a new way to take care of it but also said I don't qualify because my eyesight is goodand there is no bleeding. Like I said wonderful news.
