Dr. Brian Cole is a doctor of well known prestige and yet his personality was one of concern, kindness, and empathy for my shoulder aches with a positive outlook on my situation. He has a non-surgical approach thought process in bettering my physical health before considering any shoulder surgery.
Dr. Cole is very knowledgeable. He team re-imaged my knee with views my other physician did not. Very confident of his orthopedic abilities. He also takes time to listen to your concerns.
Dr. Cole is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He is easy to talk to and explained everything to me. I had a total reverse shoulder done in June 2020 and have had great results. I will undergo a left rotator cuff repair in Dec. and have full confidence in Dr. Cole. Excellent surgeon and staff.
Dr Cole himself spent almost no time with me and when he did examine me I never got to finish a sentence before he made his diagnosis. I saw him for a post-surgery 2nd opinion, I've since learned that my scars dont match the surgery report, a point Dr Cole missed completely. He basically decided the pain was all in my head. Dr Cole was arrogant and seemed rushed.

Two hour wait in a very packed waiting room. Everyone was wearing a mask, but still very nervous being put in this situation. A friend was kind enough to drive me, and waited in her car. Arrived early, and 2 hrs later, I called my friend to tell her I was just brought into waiting room. Two-and-a-half-hours later, I w/b staying with my treating.. ortho surgeon. Dr Cole is extremely professional . He is all business. He carefully calculates his words to make things easy to understand. He listens well . His staff , PA’s nurses and interns are all top tier. He runs a very tight , highly organized ship. It’s a quantum level above any specialized care I’ve ever had . He is a leader in his field and I trust him completely after meeting with him and following his treatment plan. Dr Cole is the best I’ve come across in many many years.
Dr. Cole repaired my rotator cuff and bicep tendon. The results after surgery were great. I had no pain after surgery and when I started physical therapy my range of motion was almost back to normal.
Dr. Cole has done three of my surgeries. If someone can fix it, it's him. Excellent results following great PT. Dr Cole ... there is no substitute. However, the overall billing service needs to match his expertise.
