Incredible dispatchers. Their customer service and professionalism are second to none
They have decided to replace safe, effective opioid pain medications with a dangerous NSAID that should not be used if someone is bleeding. They have caved to the government propaganda that thinks effective pain control will product lifelong addicts, despite the fact that most people have taken an opioid at some point in their lives and have not become addicted. If you ever need an ambulance, pray that you don't get these idiots.
On October 19,2016 at approximately 430pm I, Stephen Bates was being transported by EMT Christopher Maclagan Due to an episode of psycosis caused by a reaction to new medication . During the transportation he assaulted my person . He threw me on to the strecher face down and forced my left arm up behind my back and put his knee on my back forcing my arm further . Causing extreme pain. Resulting in damage to my left shoulder and elbow. I do think that your EMT used improper restraint techniques. Not NVMAB approved techniques ... read more
